Private Business Ownership Documents
For a one-time fee of $199, secure subscription continuity for the lifetime of your business. If ownership or company name changes, new owners (minimum 2 emails required) will receive an email with details on continuing the existing subscription.
Continuance must be confirmed and paid within 15 days of ownership transfer. If not completed, the subscription is cancelled and a new account must be created. The continuation fee of $199 covers the new ownership or renamed entity for the life of that ownership.
